Neppo ("Service") facilitates recurring monetary contributions from individuals ("Contributors") to funds created for babies ("Funds"). The Service acts as a platform to connect Contributors with Fund recipients ("Parents").

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All payments are processed through Stripe. A platform fee of approximately 2.9% is applied to each contribution. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply. Contributors are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds for recurring payments.

Contributors may cancel their recurring contributions at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible via their email receipts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Contributions are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us immediately.

We are committed to protecting contributor privacy. Parents only see aggregate contribution totals, never individual contribution amounts or contributor identities. Cancellations are not disclosed to Parents.

Neppo is not a gift registry, charity, or tax-deductible donation platform. Contributions are personal gifts and may have tax implications. Consult a tax professional for advice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that funds will be used for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for disputes between Contributors and Parents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neppo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect email addresses, names (optional), and contribution amounts from Contributors. We collect email addresses and banking information (processed by Stripe) from Parents. We do not store payment card details.

We use collected information to facilitate contributions, send transactional emails, and improve our Service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure data storage. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that some information may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
